Portal Overlap Issue in Oasis: Persistence and Disappearing Portals

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place portal on one of the 3 boxes (circled in red on screenshot) in Oasis
2. Another portal by someone else is placed on the same wall on the same box.
3. Portals are overlapping.

Explanation

On Oasis on one of the 3 circled portal boxes in the screenshot, placing a portal over an enemy portal does not erase enemy portal, leading to the portals overlapping and being unable to go through the portal, or having to go through at a very specific angle. The portals are still able to be shot through. This is consistent and replicated every time portals are placed as seen in video.

This cannot be recreated with your own portals and it treats it as though you are erasing your other portal as expected.

Another issue shown in the last half of the video is sometimes the overlapped portal will seemingly disappear/the portal icon remains despite no portal being shown. It is unclear how to replicate this as that specific issue was not happening on the other player's end.

Happened in both quickplay after patch on 1/9 and in customs on 1/10

This has occurred in quickplay as well as in a custom match. The portal being connected to another or not does not have an effect.

If another portal is on an adjacent wall on the box it can sometimes be entered through a completely separate portal on the box (demonstrated in the video)

Bullets seems to go through with no collision issues as shown in the video for both the overlapped and overlapping portal.
