Explanation

I have been having an issue that I previously submitted a ticket about my splitgate tickets mysteriously disapearing. You guys told me to open a ticket on the website, which i did. Ticket #13937, however I can not view this ticket in any way that I was able to find, and i still dont have the tickets. Im just confused because I never recieved an actual answer or response and your website wont let me view the ticket
