Steps to Reproduce

1. Get shot from behind.

Explanation

Hello! Whenever I get shot from behind I do not get any audio queue's from shooting or that I am taking damage. I have tried multiple headsets and different sound settings but the issue persists. I have not had this sort of issue with any other game, and the issue only occurs when somebody is behind me. I was unable to find anybody else with a similar issue on support pages. Thank you for your help!
