Battle Pass and Weapon XP Tracking Issue

Steps to Reproduce

1. logging in to the game
2. starting an arena match
3. the game tracks the exp and challenges at the start of the match
4. stopped tracking after the first few minutes of the game

Explanation

Challenges for the Battle pass and weapon exp not tracking. when I played right now it seemed that the exp and challenges tracked for the first 5 minutes or so of the game and then it stopped tracking. my shotgun was level 4, very close to level 5. I started playing, It leveled up and then stopped gaining exp even though I played with it for another 3 matches. same thing for the challenges of the battle pass. Daily challenge like get 15 kills in a single arena match says i got 3/15 after my first game (had 22 kills). I haven't played in a while because of this exact issue.. I thought it was fixed so I tried playing again and it seems to continue. I don't know what version of the game this issue it's related to, but I know I've had this issue since the open beta.
