Explanation
After the 1.0.2 patch, when I send blue datashards into the delivery dock, the count resets to 0 after the number hits 23/24. This doesn't change whether I send it through its own belt, or to another dock on a different island. No matter how many I send through, I have 0 blue datashards to unlock the tech tree.
