Steps to Reproduce

1. Hop in the car and activate ELS
2. Hit the yelp tone

Explanation

FCPD Durango Insert yelp tone kills all ELS. When activating the ELS, wail, rmbl, and hi-lo works fine. When you swap to yelp it kills all the emergency lights.
