Steps to Reproduce

1. Spawn the vehicle
2. Engage lighting system to position 3
3. Activate yelp siren either by clicking or via keybind

Explanation

FCPD 2014 Explorer insert ELS cuts off when you change the siren to the yelp. Both in rumbler mode and normal.
