Regression of:	#85 Lack of Upgrade Card Updates Over Two Months This issue was created as a new bug instead of being marked as a duplicate because the original issue was already Resolved.

Steps to Reproduce

1. went from 6 / 7
2. observed no new cards and no card packet
3. attempted to create a ticket
4. half the time, creation of ticket failed

Explanation

have not got any new cards in over a week an a half and today i went from 6 to 7 no cards at all
