Explanation

I completed a challenge on the daily challenges and then my wifi started playing up and it didn't immediately let me open it, i fixed the wifi issue and tried clicking to open the album which is what I usually have to do to open packs when my wifi plays up but it just opened the album view and I never got to open the pack
