Explanation
Good evening. I’m writing to report an issue with missing items.
I usually play the game via Discord on my computer, but I recently logged in using my phone. When I switched back to the computer, my coins had disappeared—it seems like they glitched out. I tried logging out and back in thinking they would reappear, but the issue persisted and actually got worse.
Even after leaving the room, the game wouldn't restart because it kept showing that I was still in an active session. I was also getting constant pop-ups saying I had left the game and asking for feedback on the match. At that point, I decided to close Discord entirely.
When I tried to log in again, I received an error (as shown in the attachment). After another attempt, the game loaded but acted as if I were starting from scratch. I restarted one more time and my progress finally returned, but my coins are still missing. I likely lost other items as well, but I am specifically requesting a recovery of my coins because I have a screenshot of them; I had just sent it to my boyfriend joking about how "rich" I was in the game.
Could you please look into this and issue a refund/restoration of my coins? I remember I had 2 level 9 coins, 3 level 8 coins, and 2 level 7 coins.
