Steps to Reproduce

  1. Change the reset time for daily tasks to 23:30.
  2. This change allows for an earlier reset in cases where the reset doesn't happen exactly on time.

Explanation

I think the reset time for daily tasks should be changed to 23:30, ending 30 minutes earlier. This is because sometimes the reset won't happen exactly at the exact time, and this would allow us to reset earlier.
