Explanation

Finished sticker pack collection - no reward
I finished the sticker collection pack and reached the reward screen but my game froze in the middle of it. I saw the chest in a bubble and clicked on it and saw it disappear (supposedly into my farm) but my game stayed on the reward page. After refreshing the game, my sticker collection had reset but I recieved none of the rewards for the completion (energy, crates, chests). Can someone look into this for me?
