1. Request a ticket or prize refund

Explanation

After visiting another person's farm and returning to my own, I didn't receive any rewards—this has happened three times now. I wasted my tickets, and there was no warning that I wouldn't get the items; even restarting the game didn't help. Request a ticket or prize refund.
