Steps to Reproduce

1. Hello, I completed the sticker album and won 5,000—it appeared on my screen.
2. Why did it disappear?
3. I finished the sticker album and it showed up on the screen.
4. However, the game froze, and when I logged back in, it was gone.
5. All my effort went to waste.
6. I won it in the very last minute.
7. Where did it go?
8. It was 5,000 of each type, plus a strange yellow box.
9. I’m upset; please help me.

Explanation
