Explanation

Hello, I completed the sticker album and won 5,000—it appeared on my screen—but now I’m surprised to find it missing. Why?
Please help me and check the system. I finished it, and it showed up on the screen, but then the game froze; when I logged back in, it was gone.
All my effort went to waste. I won it in the very last minute—where did it go? It was 5,000 of each type, plus a strange yellow box. Where did it go? I’m upset; please help me.
