Explanation

i just lost my summer event reward
i got 2 'silver keys' as a reward for playing the summer event. In the same instant that i clicked on the bubble to receive them, the game connection went down saying that i had logged on a different platform (which i didn't) and when i restart the game, the bubble was empty and i had no silver keys. Please, help!
