Explanation

Disconnection and losing sticker pack
I just finished one of daily missions to obtain 2-star sticker pack, but internet just disconnected during obtaining that pack, so the pack can't open. When I restarted the game, that pack was gone forever 😞 (there are only 5 stickers from 1x 4-star pack from 4-day streak login after beginning new pack period).

P.s. Actually, I'm not sure these similar cases occurred frequently because server can't backup game data during achieve reward while internet disconnected. So, players lost their reward while game record only accomplishments (e.g.mission, sticker album)
