Explanation

I can't see the item i bought from store
I'm playing on crazy games,
I brought the $450 item, i pop the item bubble instantly, and expected the item will drop,
But the only thing I saw was a +20 crates
I even searched every corner on the map and moved every existed bubble aside and still can't find it
