Explanation
I play through MSN on my phone, tablet and PC. I wanted to buy some gems to purchase more energy. When I open the game on my phone the option is unavailable, when I try on my tablet I get the blue circle of death. I believe it also shows as unavailable when I play on my PC. I purchased the premium ticket a few days ago and that was a struggle as well. Why is the in-game purchase available on some devices and not others?

Hello (unknown user mentioned)! Are you still experiencing this issue please? We've deployed a hotfix regarding payments
When I tried on my PC through msn.com, I got a message saying Microsoft refused to connect. I then tried through the link I downloaded on my PC and I was able to purchase there. I just tried msn.com again and the option to purchase there worked as well. Thank you!
Thanks for confirming! We've released a hotfix regarding payments at the same time (although MSN players were not affected by this issue yet), so it was probably preventing people from purchasing until the game is refreshed
