Explanation

VIP package paymant issues
I am not sure, where I can report that issue. I paid for the VIP package for Island Event, but it did not unlock.
I used instant payment and never had that issue with a game before.

Payment has already been taken from my bank account - I can provide transaction number.
Restarting game sadly did not help.
Can anything be done?
