Explanation
As you can see in the screenshot, I can no longer redeem it.
I did enter the code, but I encountered a loading error, and therefore the reward didn't appear.

I know it was Christmas, so I expected the processing to take a little longer, but I wanted to cautiously ask again if there's anything I can do to still get the reward?

If you enter a ' '(space) before and after the code, it will not be recognized.

I didn't press the spacebar. My game froze while I was redeeming it, so I couldn't press accept. After it loaded, I got a message saying I'd already redeemed it.
