Explanation
Hello,
I tried to collect the final Christmas Key from the event and the game froze. I force quit the game, after this I now get stuck on the login screen at 9/9 (starting new session). Also the loading dots freeze at this stage. It has been about 18 hours now.
Have tried: Different devices, Ipad, laptop and phone all through Reddit the platform I play on. Tried clearing the local history on reddit for each device and reinstalling reddit. My Reddit username is Anuser12.
Any help would be greatly appreciated has I am enjoying the game and the community.
