Explanation
the production and the boxes timer doesn't update accordingly because my pc has a clock issue, so if reset the time, the game does this and i have to wait up to 10 hours sometimes so i can play again

Is this on windows? You should try having windows adjust your time under "set the time automatically" in settings
I also use this setting on my laptop since it no longer has a battery so I lose time rarely but since it automatically fixes it I can't tell if I've ever had it
(Incorrect time is normally related to a bad cmos battery and shouldn't happen since a pc is normally connected to a power source all the time, so I would look into that)
