Have you collected all 660 christmas balls? You might need a christmas tree removed by a dev if they haven't been removed on your farm

Hello (unknown user mentioned)! It seems this issue wasn't caused by the game. Could you try clearing the cache files of the app?
This also might becaused because your airplace mode was enabled according to your screenshot
