Explanation

came back to farm merge vally after a year of not playing, got about 600 energy just sitting there and i saw that i can get 5 workers to use energy faster if i subscibe so i did. Transaction came through and it charged me the fee already, but i only got about 200 crates and some energy. i still dont have my 5 extra workers and it still looks like my tasks are not going faster. Please Help. and its also saying i dont have the subscription yet but the charge is already posted on my bank. I gave it time to kick in but its been about 18 hours already.
