Explanation

Good morning,

I signed up for the membership one month ago, and today was the date to renew it.

Since I won’t be able to finish the sticker album, I did not intend to renew.

To my surprise, the money was debited from my account. English is not my native language, and I do not remember seeing anywhere that I had to cancel the card to prevent the money from being charged again.

I would like my money to be refunded.
