Explanation
hey! my game keeps crashing quite often & it keeps making me lose items if it crashes in the middle of a merge. i also keep having items disappear when i merge them, & i can't merge toolboxes anymore. it's fine on pc or my android tablet but i mostly play on my phone (iOS) & it's happening multiple times a day. please help!

man what the h*** i just went to redeem a crate, reloaded the game beforehand in the hopes it'd help with it crashing, crashed anyway, & i lost the stars & didn't get the crate. can you please fix this

My game on iOS also keeps freezing and f’ing up my merges. So p***** rn
this has now started to make me lose energy if i start a task as it crashes & same with gems if it crashes right as i press the button to speed up the task. i've lost so much energy, gems & daily missions bc it literally will not stop crashing multiple times every single day, can i please at least get an update instead of being ignored?
