it doesnt matter how far i go into the game (furthest i got was unlocking sticker book at lvl 5), when i quit the game and relaunch it it resets all my data

also whenever i load the game as well on the loading screen it always says (9/9) loading new

this is what i see the second i open the game, i dont get the tutorial or anything

i tried laucnhing the game on an alt account and i got the tutorial and it worked

but not for this account
