Steps to Reproduce

1. for the most part it seems to happen on autosave

Explanation

ive noticed that after the hotfix yesterday whenever the game saves for the first time i am no longer able to tow/untow cars, can no longer put money into atm, and im unable to save cars to the garage at the ctl+s station. also the pc at the starting house freezes game when used
