Steps to Reproduce
- There was nothing notable about the crystal or mission otherwise.
Explanation
We uncovered a resonance crystal, but the game failed to detect that we've uncovered it. It was shortly after starting the dig, and it was the first crystal we encountered. In 1000 hours of gameplay, this is the first time we've encountered a bug that softlocked us and required us to abort the mission.

We tried using a satchel, pickaxing it a lot, digging it out completely; nothing seemed to "detect" it and call down the resonance scanner.
