Fuel Cells Pod Placement Issue in Deep Dive Level

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play Deep Dive (in solo in my case)
2. progress in the first level
3. order the pumpjack
4. find the missing mules
5. finish the uplink
6. the fuel cells drop on the pumpjack and you're stuck...

Explanation

I get stuck twice during this week Deep Dive because the fuel cells pod drops next to the pumpjack, in the liquid morkite wells undestructable blue rock.

Then the pipe dispenser on the fuel cells pod is unreachable :(
