  1. Launch deep dive
  2. Chance based
  3. IDK
  4. nothing else
  5. make this easier to report

Explanation

During deep dive refuel pod is covered by morkite refiner making it impossible to complete mission. I don't know what else to write it will not let me submit unless I write more it seems.
