Steps to Reproduce

1. Craft a core.
2. Hit escape.
3. Observe if the issue occurs.

Explanation

In the forge I crafted a core, then I scrolled down to see the new core I unlocked by leveling it up, then when I would press my escape key the menu would very quickly scroll through the entire list.
