DLC Not Transferred from Xbox to PC Save

Steps to Reproduce

1. Purchase any DLC on an Xbox console
2. Log in to the Microsoft Store or Xbox app with the same account as the Xbox console
3. Install the game with its DLC
4. Watch as your money went down the drain

Explanation

A while back, i bought the DRG ultimate edition for my xbox one. I wanted to support the devs, and I wanted the cool stuff it came with too. I switched to PC a few months ago. I found that my saves transferred over from Xbox to the microsoft store edition of the game. The issue is that the DLC did not. I had the golden armor color on my character when i switched, and since the game thinks i do not own the DLC, it let me keep the armor color, but if i change it, i lose access to that color due to it being DLC only.
