Steps to Reproduce

1. Use Invocation: Weaving Spider
2. Killer hooks a survivor, activating Dead Man Switch
3. Survivor stops repairing a generator, causing Dead man Switch to activate on that generator, blocking it
4. Wait out the Dead Man Switch block timer
5. Start repairing the generator again, look at the progress bar, and the section for Invocation: Weaving Spider is gone, and the generator still takes just as long to finish as if the survivor had not used Invocation: Weaving Spider

Explanation

Dead Man Switch is removing Invocation: Weaving Spider's charge reduction from the generator it blocks.
