Steps to Reproduce

1. start spectating & switch between survivors

Explanation

A lot of issues whenever you start spectating other survivors. Examples:

• wrong showing of hook states on survivors
• weird POV on some survivors during them getting healed & persists after they're healed
• Some audio sounds disappear, like voice lines, coughing, action sounds (hooking/unhooking, healing)
