Steps to Reproduce

1. Hit the player to down them with your vine attack when they have 4 stacks on them and 2 hooks.
2. When they go into the animation, go into your Undergate ability and come back out of it as your timer runs out.
3. When you come up, you'll gain stacks to go into your Worldbreaker mode.

Explanation

A player who is in the floating animation to get mori'd by The First can be used to gain Worldbreaker stacks off of when coming out from his Undergate ability
