Actual Result:	The medkit/toolbox is not visible when a female survivor is in the dying state.
Expected Result:	The medkit/toolbox should be visible, the survivor's wrist should not be bent at an angle that makes it be underneath the ground.

Additional Notes & Comments:	I almost listed the severity as cosmetic, but I would say that the clear visibility of what item a survivor is currently holding is more than a cosmetic issue. Apologies if that is incorrect!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as a female survivor and hold a toolbox or a medkit
2. Enter the dying state, and observe that your item is clipping through the ground and not visible

Explanation

When a female survivor is in the dying state, if they're holding a medkit or a toolbox, their wrist bends so that the item is underneath the ground. Normally, the medkit/toolbox should be clearly visible in their hand.
This happens every time a female survivor is downed, holding a medkit/toolbox.
