Additional Notes & Comments:	As seen in the video the DLC popup came at the start while I was already in the lobby (Started buying process in queue) and after I disconnected I got the error "2140846784"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Join a Queue (Tested as survivor)
2. Buy The Walking Dead DLC from Steam Store
3. Wait until you join a lobby
4. Select a character from the bought DLC

Explanation

Buying a DLC while joining a match results in a disconnect penalty
