Steps to Reproduce

1. get downed 3 times in a match
2. be unable to abandon the 3rd time
3. even if you are about to bleed out on your 3rd+ down you cannot abandon

Explanation

CAN'T ABANDON WHEN DOWNED 3 TIMES ANYMORE. YOU CAN GO A FULL DOWNED HEALTH BAR WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ABANDON THIS IS A TERRIBLE CHANGE, BRING BACK BEING ABLE TO ABANDON AS THIS IS MAKING ME WANT TO STOP PLAYING THE GAME. NOT ONLY ARE YOU ALIENATING RETURNING PLAYERS SUCH AS MYSELF BUT YOU ARE ALSO HINDERING NEW PLAYERS SUCH AS MY BF'S BROTHER WHO DID NOT WANT TO CONTINUE BC HE WAS STUCK ON THE GROUND IN MULTIPLE MATCHES.
