Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into game
2. Play as killer
3. choose the Wraith
4. Ring bell within 5 meters of a survivor
5. Repeat with 4 different survivors
6. Do this in a single trial
7. Ring bell within 5 meters of 4 different survivors at the same time.
8. Repeat attempt in normal mode
9. Repeat attempt in 2v8
10. Restart game and attempt to complete challenge.

Explanation

Tome 4, Level 2 "Evil Omens" challenge will not complete. I've tried multiple times in various game modes, and the challenge will not complete for me. I've read on forums that many players are having the same issue.
