Teleportation Options Missing for Dredge Character

Actual Result:	if "actual result" means what goes wrong in a game then i am unable to teleport to lockers once readying my teleport power
Expected Result:	i expect to see the outlines of all the lockers so that i can teleport to them

Additional Notes & Comments:	i have attatched an image of what it looks like when the teleport is fully charged but nothing appears

Steps to Reproduce

1. i do not know why some games this happens and some games it does not so i do not know how to reproduce

Explanation

Sometimes while playing as dredge i will join a match and upon readying my teleportation i will see no options of lockers to teleport to. i can still create a husk and return to it but i am given no way of teleporting to lockers which defeats the entire purpose of the dredges power
