Steps to Reproduce

Equip the fog vial that says it has 4 charges
Load into a match
Use the fog vial and wait to recharge
Use the vial again and it will now say it’s empty
Fog vial never recharges only giving you 2 uses when it should have 4

Explanation

Fog vial has 4 charges listed but only has 2 in game. Certain rarities of the fog vial were updated to state that they have 4 charges but I have tried them in game and have other people try them and they only have 2 charges.
