Steps to Reproduce

  1. Hold M2
  2. Teleport to The Remnant
  3. Instantly attempt a swing
  4. Sometimes you will not be able to swing instantly

Explanation

The Dredge sometimes is denied the ability to instantly swing out of a Remnant teleport, which is NEVER supposed to be a thing, because it always was able to swing out of one.
