Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick Onryo
2. Go to Load Out
3. Perk Sloppy Butcher Missing

Explanation

First time doing this, and no offense but this new method is extremely convoluted for simply bug reports after a long hiatus.

Anyway, I have Onryo selected and Sloppy Butcher perk is NO WHERE to be seen in my list of perks and in my blood web. My blood web is no longer providing perks to unlock, implying I unlocked them all. I used the search bar and Sloppy Butcher is no where to be seen.

I tried on a number of other killers and Sloppy Butcher is in all their lists of perks unlocked.
