Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook a survivor on the hook in the 2P tile
2. let another survivor unhook them
3. bug

Explanation

The hook on the Father Cambell's Chapel (Crotus Penn Asylum) map will teleport survivors into itself, causing them to be stuck in place until they unhook another survivor. Specifically on the 2P tile (I'm pretty sure that's what 2P means in this).

After seeing this in a public match, I tested again in a private one with bots on the same hook and it teleported them into the same spot for this tile.
