Steps to Reproduce

1. It seems to be always the case for me, in shop or lobby.
2. I'm on steam, on PC, with graphics on Ultra, Vsync on, FSR off, Anti-aliasing set to TSS.

Explanation

This is minor, but the Jonah cosmetic Ivory Flat Cap (which is part of History Museum Visitor), as well as other color, Woolen Flat Cap from Major League Game, don't appear to properly render his facial hair. The mustache bit and maybe some of the chin bit are missing. There's a faint shadow there, like maybe it's there but invisible?

You can see that the option in the selector shows the mustache fairly clearly, like most of his other skins. But the skin in the lobby and shop is missing it. You can in fact see the mustache in match. And I don't think it's just a graphics setting thing, as all his other skins, for me, show the mustache properly in shop and lobby, and it shows in game.
