Steps to Reproduce

1. On a fresh account, go to the store and purchase the Unknown's "Missing Zookeeper" outfit
2. Note that the Toy Mouse charm does not unlock when you exit the store, which it should after you purchase three pieces from the collection
3. If you return to the store and purchase any other full outfit/3 pieces from the Cats and Dogs collection, note that you WILL get the Toy Mouse upon exiting the store
4. This issue also occurs with the Dog House at 6 pieces/2 full outfits

Explanation

Unknown's "Missing Zookeeper" skin does not contribute to the Cats and Dogs collection charms.
Normally owning three pieces (or one full outfit) from the Cats and Dogs collection gets you the Toy Mouse charm, and owning six pieces (or two full outfits) gets you the Dog House charm, however none of the pieces from the Unknown's "Missing Zookeeper" skin contribute to this count, despite being in the Cats and Dogs collection
