Steps to Reproduce

1. Add react Vee voicelines to Eddie about playing music like Kate, Jeff & Aestri

Explanation

No react Vee voice lines to Eddie(as Legendary skin for Dustin) in lobby about playing music like Kate, Jeff & Aestri. Eddie playing music too. Why not add react for Vee to Eddie if Eddie is playing too.
In PTB 9.4.0: Not have react Vee voice lines to Eddie in lobby. In Chapter Release 9.4.0: Still not have react Vee voice lines to Eddie in lobby.
