Explanation
An invisible collision box at the base of hill tiles in Autohaven Wreckers is triggering the "collision fatigue" (stun) for the HillBilly. Instead of sliding off or moving past the s****, the Killer hits an invisible object, forcing them into a fatigue/cooldown state.
